Session One: The Fireside Chat
Simon Leadbetter, former Chief Executive of Fine & Country and a senior leader at both Countrywide and Knight Frank, sits down with David Adams for a candid conversation about what genuinely determines the outcome of a sale.
Drawing directly from David's forthcoming book, The Sellers Playbook, the follow-up to his Amazon bestseller The Landlord's Playbook, this session covers pricing strategy, buyer psychology, presentation, and the decisions that separate the sales that achieve exceptional results from the ones that don't.
Session Two: The Expert Panel
This is the session most agents would never agree to host.
David is joined by a conveyancer, a mortgage broker and a surveyor, the full professional team behind every transaction, to do something the industry rarely does: talk openly about where the process goes wrong, and what it genuinely looks like when everyone works together properly. No polished presentations. No sidestepping the difficult questions. The challenges will be on the table, and so will the solutions.

David Adams has property in his blood. As the great-great-grandson of the founder of the former Beresford Adams Estate Agency, he grew up in this industry, starting as a Saturday boy at Cavendish at just fifteen years old before working his way to Managing Director.
Today he leads Cavendish Estate Agents across North Wales and Cheshire, an independent agency with over thirty years of trusted history in the region. He is a Past Chairman of the Chester Association of Property Professionals and the Amazon bestselling author of The Landlord's Playbook — with his forthcoming title, The Sellers Playbook, drawing on everything he has learned about what makes a sale succeed or fail.
